At DB Institute for Autism, every square foot was built with purpose. Our 6,000-square-foot facility in Wayne, NJ offers a clinical environment intentionally designed to meet the unique needs of children with autism spectrum and developmental disorders.

From the moment children walk through our doors, they enter a space that supports growth across every domain. Our facility includes a full-size gym, a movement room, and a sensory room. Creative expression comes to life in our art room, while our Build & Play Lab supports executive function skills through hands-on construction and collaborative play.

For learning and daily living, we offer a dedicated learning room, a therapeutic kitchen, and a lunch room where children practice adaptive and social mealtime routines. And at the heart of our clinic sits our signature Themed Village, an immersive, naturalistic environment featuring a pretend play kitchen, market, library, doctor’s office, and dentist, where children develop social communication, behavioral flexibility, and real-world adaptive skills through meaningful, child-led experiences.
